The 60-day glow guarantee

Try the BOBA GLOW Ritual for 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If you don't love what you see, we refund you in full. No restocking fee, no return shipping charged to you.

How to request a refund

Email hi@bobaglow.com with your order number and the word "refund". That is all we need. We reply within 2 business days.

Depending on the situation we will either ask you to send the set back with a prepaid return label we provide, or tell you to keep it. Either way, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your set arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Limits

The guarantee covers one set per customer and applies to purchases made on bobaglow.com. Purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces follow that seller's return policy. Refunds are not available for orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address.
