Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every US order. Sets ship from our warehouse in Virginia within 1 to 2 business days of your order and typically arrive 3 to 6 business days after that. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC and US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the US, email hi@bobaglow.com and we will let you know when that changes.

Address changes

Need to change your address after ordering? Email us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement set.
