bobaglow.com is operated by Joyovation LLC ("BOBA GLOW", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments. We may cancel or refuse any order, for example where we suspect fraud or an item is out of stock, and will refund you in full if we do. Promotional pricing, including the launch offer, may end or change at any time.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping policy and refunds in our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using your set safely

BOBA GLOW cups are cosmetic tools designed for gentle, moving suction over oiled skin, following the method card included in the box and the Ritual Guide we email you. Do not hold a cup still on the skin. Do not use on broken, sunburned, inflamed or recently treated skin, over moles or varicose veins, or if you are pregnant or have a skin or circulatory condition, without first checking with your doctor or dermatologist. Stop use if you experience discomfort. BOBA GLOW products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results described on the site refer to the appearance of skin and vary from person to person.

Intellectual property

The BOBA GLOW name, logo, product design, photography, videos and text on the site belong to Joyovation LLC or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. Creator videos shown on the site are used with the creators' permission.

Reviews and user content

If you send us a review, photo or video, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in our marketing, and you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You may ask us to remove it at any time by emailing us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
